At Tokyo Laundry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them in their original condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging with all tags still attached and include the completed delivery note.

  Generate Return Label

  Visit our online returns portal to purchase a discounted shipping label or generate a QR code for a printer-less return experience.

  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-10 working days.
